Constrained Design Processes

Current Definition
Constrained design processes are a special class of design processes in which the number of processes (e.g., selection, specialization, instantiation) is limited, and therefore the design process is easier <FischerLemke1988a>. This can be achieved by domain-specific environments which constrain the number of alternatives and possible artifacts that can be generated.
